Web Server survey - February 2010

Web server survey for February 2010 performed by Netcraft returned over 207 316 000 web sites. The drop of about 20 milion sites from previously reported numbers is a result of changes in QQ.com provider, which changed most of its blogs to private.

Apache web server still has the largest share, at 54.4%, with Microsoft IIS at second place at 24.6%. Google web server continue to increase its share, now it is at 6.9%. Nginx's market share decreased a little because of decrease in active blogs at Wordpress.com.
