Hostway acquires Affinity Internet

Affinity Internet Inc. has been acquired by Hostway Corporation. Combined company would have over 600 000 customers and presence in 11 countries. They operate multiple brands (ValueWeb, Gate.com) and will continue to provide wide range of services, from domain name registration, shared web hosting, dedicated hosting, e-commerce to advertising solutions.
